Cathy Lovell

GOVERNANCE BOARD

Cathy has worked in the education sector for 30 years providing advice to the heads and governors of independent schools in the areas of governance, risk management, employment relations, industrial relations including the negotiation of industry wide multi enterprise agreements, child protection, work health and safety, human resources, employment contracts,  student and parent enrolment matters, change management including major restructure and redundancy processes.  Cathy holds a senior position responsible for the Workplace Management, and the Governance Teams at AISNSW including chairing the AISNSW Not for Profit Advisory Committee.

Cathy’s qualifications include:
Bachelor of Administrative Leadership – UNE
Master of Labour Law and Relations – Sydney University
Master Business Administration – Major in Change Management – UNSW AGSM
Cathy has lived in Surry Hills for 4 years and been on the board for 1 year.
