Tell us about your stall…

Ana: It’s quality, handpicked vintage and preloved designer clothing.

What got you into it?

I always had a love for unique clothing and I found that vintage had that quality and I had a good eye for finding the goods. And also for sustainability reasons.

What’s your favourite part of the business?

I would say saving clothing from land fill; the clothing industry is the biggest polluter second to oil.

Also getting to see clothes get to live a new life when someone loves it.

What do you like about the Surry Hills Markets?

The atmosphere – it’s relaxed, eclectic and most of all friendly. That because of the people coming and the other stall holders, they are very supportive and it creates a very friendly atmosphere.
