Our Tai Chi classes are open to all members of the community. Our teacher has extensive experience teaching different techniques of traditional Tai Chi. You don’t need to be experienced at Tai Chi, just have a willingness to join in and enjoy. All levels are welcome.
Tai Chi has been heralded in both the East and West for it’s benefits in reducing stress. Originating in China as a martial art is is often described as “meditation in motion,” There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice has value in treating or preventing many health problems. You can get started even if you aren’t in top shape or the best of health.
