Tai Chi originated in China and is often described as “meditation in motion”. There is growing evidence that this peaceful mind-body practice treats and prevents many health problems and can boost mental health.
All members of the community are welcome to join our Tai Chi class. Our teacher has extensive experience, including with students who’ve never tried it before, so it doesn’t matter if you’re not in top shape!
