Chocolate Avocado Mousse

This is a great way to use up an avocado that’s getting a little tired – And it’s fairly healthy – You can choose to add no cream at all for an even healthier version – try it

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado
  • ½   cup cocoa powder
  • ½  cup cream(optional)
  • ½  cup honey 
  • 1 ½  teaspoon vanilla

Using the amounts above, you end up with a dark chocolate style mousse. Not too sweet! If you’d like a more milk chocolate flavour, I suggest using a little less cocoa powder and more honey.
